Workout summary

A detailed summary at the end of workout which includes active calories burned and the average heart rate during the workout.

The workout is saved to the Health app and contributes to Move and Exercise rings on Apple Watch

Complications

They show remaining time for the workout and are a quick way to launch the app.

Haptic feedback

Subtle haptic feedback guiding you through the intervals.

You can also set beep mode which plays a whistle sound during change of interval.
